Having been a former race car in the Chrysler Classic Events / Mopar Collectors Guide Racing Series, this 1965 Plymouth Belvedere I Race Hemi Recreation sports a NEW Stanton Racing prepared 472 cu. in. Hemi Engine with a Comp Cams Hydraulic Camshaft for dependability and Mopar Performance Aluminum Heads. The Hemi was dynoed at 560 HP and 540 ft. lbs. of torque. The Hemi includes a NEW Mopar Performance Cross Ram Intake with two ( 2 ) NEW Holley 770 cfm Race Hemi Carburetors.

The exhaust is handled by a NEW set of TTI, nickel plated 2 1/8" Headers routed through a 3" TTI " H " Pipe Exhaust System that exits below the rear bumper. The transmission is a Race Prepared " 727 " Torqueflite Automatic with a 5.0 Lever, Cheetah Reverse Manual Valve Body and a Turbo Action 3800 Stall 10" Converter. The power is transmitted to the pavement through a Mopar Dana 60 Limited Slip Rear End with 456 to 1 Gears. The Dennis Gambil installed Interior is all NEW with the Race Hemi ( sunvisor, dome light & coat hook - DELETE ) Headliner, Back Seat Delete Panel, Package Tray and Carpeting in the Race Hemi Medium Tan Metallic Color. The entire Dash Panel was removed, stripped, repainted and re-installed and the Dash Cluster was re-conditionedby William's Instruments of Chester, AK. William's Instruments also converted the dash Ammeter Gauge to a Voltmeter. The Chrome Dash Bezel was re-chromed and reconditioned by Special T's of Chicago.
